1. Hermannsdalstinden

Region: Moskenesøya
Difficulty: Very hard

The Hermannsdalstinden hike leads to the highest point on the island of Moskenesøya in the Lofoten archipelago, standing at 1,029 meters above sea level. This hike is only for experienced hikers, especially if you plan to complete it in a single day, due to the long distance and significant elevation gain. Along the way, you'll discover diverse and absolutely magnificent landscapes, culminating in an exceptional panorama from the summit.

2. Galdhøpiggen

Difficulty: Hard / Very hard

Take on the challenge of climbing Galdhøpiggen, the highest peak in Norway and Northern Europe at 2,469 meters. Located in the heart of Jotunheimen National Park — literally "the Kingdom of Giants" — this legendary hike is an unforgettable experience.

The hike to Grytetippen and Keipen leads to two iconic peaks on the island of Senja in Norway. It is considered one of the most beautiful climbs in the region. From these two rocky summits, hikers can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the northern part of the island, with breathtaking vistas of Ørnfjorden, the picturesque villages of Husøy and Fjordgård, as well as the surrounding legendary peaks such as Segla, Barden, and Breidtinden.

From the summits of Segla or Barden, it's hard to imagine climbing Grytetippen without climbing equipment because the cliffs on its western face are so impressive. However, this climb is not only feasible but also relatively easy from a technical standpoint. It is a must-do for experiencing the wild beauty of Senja.

4. Himmeltindan

The hike up Himmeltindan leads to the highest point on Vestvågøya Island in the Lofoten, offering one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the archipelago from an elevation of 962 meters. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the Haukland and Utakleiv beaches, the isolated peaks of western Vestvågøya, the Leknes plains, and the mountains of northern Flakstadøya and Moskenesøya. 5. Klovane
