The Sentier des Bruzzi, located in the heart of the Bouches de Bonifacio Nature Reserve, is one of the most iconic coastal hikes in southern Corsica. This five-kilometer loop winds around the peninsula between the Anse de Chevanu and the Anse d'Arbitru.

The trail passes through dense scrubland dotted with wind-shaped granite rocks, the famous tafoni, whose fantastical shapes spark the imagination. The trail reveals multiple wild coves, including the remarkable Corail Beach with its reddish sand. Throughout the hike, you will enjoy spectacular views of the Bruzzi Islands and the jagged coastline of the nature reserve.

Difficulties of the hike

The Sentier des Bruzzi is an easy hike accessible to all, with only 200 meters of elevation gain over five kilometers. The trail is not marked, but a few directional signs and cairns line the route, making navigation easy.
