Buachaille Etive Beag

Buachaille Etive Beag, whose name means “the little shepherd of Etive ” in Gaelic, is an iconic mountain in the valley of Glencoe. Located to the west of its famous neighbor, Buachaille Etive Mòr, it is home to two 3000-foot peaks called Munros: Stob Dubh, culminating at 958 meters, and Stob Coire Raineach, reaching 925 meters. These two peaks are linked by a spectacular ridge stretching for almost three kilometers.

An excellent path leads up to the pass and a decent one on the ridge. The walk along the ridge is very pleasant with magnificent views, especially towards Loch Etive. It's easy and not vertiginous.
