Bridal veil waterfall
At 70 meters high, the Voile de la Mariée waterfall is one of the most impressive in Corsica. The viewpoint, located near the village of Bocognano, is accessible after a short 10- to 15-minute walk from the D27 road, in a peaceful, forested area. The waterfall owes its name to its elegant shape, which evokes a bridal veil spread out over the rocks.

Best time to visit: Spring is the ideal time to fully enjoy the spectacle when the water flow is at its maximum. In the summer and fall, however, the waterfall can dry up completely or reduce to a mere trickle.

This is not a real hike, but rather an easy walk accessible to all. However, the well-marked trail climbs steeply through the forest.
